Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Individual Customers (B2C)
Orders can be cancelled only within 60 minutes of placing the order.
After the 60-minute window, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refund will be applicable.
1.2 Distributors (B2B)
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order.
For cancellations beyond 30 minutes, the Firm’s representative will evaluate the reasons for cancellation and make a decision that is fair and neutral to both parties.
In such cases, 10% processing fees will be deducted from the 30% advance payment, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the distributor within 10 business days.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Perishable Products
Certain organic food products delivered by Varahi Agri Network are perishable in nature. Once delivered, no refund will be applicable for these products.
2.2 Damaged or Rotten Products
Refunds will only be provided if the delivered product is proven to be damaged during delivery or if the products are rotten upon delivery.
To initiate the refund process:
Provide clear video evidence recorded in a continuous manner without pauses.
The video must remain unmodified, without editing, morphing, VFX effects, or any changes to the original recording.
Submit the video evidence within 30 minutes of the delivery time.
2.3 Subscription Orders
For subscription customers, no refunds will be provided in case of damaged or rotten products.
Instead, a replacement will be provided.
Replacement requests must be initiated within 30 minutes of the delivery time, supported by the required evidence.
3. Compliance with State Laws
Varahi Agri Network is committed to complying with all applicable state laws across India. If specific state regulations mandate additional refund considerations, the Firm will ensure full compliance while processing refunds.
4. Legal Notice and Fee
The Firm will strive to resolve any disagreements or disputes amicably. If the customer decides to proceed with legal action despite all efforts to resolve the issue, the following costs will be borne by the customer:
Travel Costs:
Expenses incurred for travel by air, rail, road, or any mode of transportation chosen by the Firm’s legal representative(s).
Accommodation Costs:
Costs of stay in a hotel chosen by the Firm for its representative(s).
Professional Fees:
Consultation fees of legal representatives, advocates, lawyers, accountants, and other summoned personnel.
Court Attendance Costs:
Expenses for the Firm’s directors, partners, or representatives summoned by the Honorable District/State/Supreme Court of India.
Reputation Damage:
Compensation for any damage to the Firm’s value, integrity, and trust as deemed fit by law.
