1. Introduction
Welcome to the payment policy of Varahi Agri Network ("the Firm"). This policy outlines the payment methods, processes, terms, and conditions applicable to all transactions conducted by our customers, including both Individual Customers (B2C) and Distributors (B2B). By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with the terms of this policy.
2. Payment Methods
2.1 Individual Customers (B2C)
Orders placed via online platforms such as WhatsApp API Catalogue and the eCommerce website shall require full payment at the time of placing the order.
Payment can be made using any of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card
UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
Net Banking
Wallets integrated with the payment gateway.
2.2 Distributors (B2B)
Immediate Payment Orders: Orders placed via online platforms shall require full payment at the time of placing the order using the same payment methods as Individual Customers.
Credit-Based Orders:
Distributors opting for credit-based orders must pay 30% of the order value as an advance via Bank Cheque.
The remaining 70% shall be payable at the time of delivery, also via Bank Cheque.
3. Discounts and Offers
3.1 Individual Customers (B2C)
Special discounts and offers may be availed using coupons or coupon codes provided by the Firm.
Coupons are applicable only to non-subscription orders and are subject to the terms and conditions specified at the time of issuance.
3.2 Distributors (B2B)
Discounts and offers via coupons are not applicable to Distributors.
3.3 Subscription Orders
Both Individual Customers and Distributors may subscribe to a monthly supply of organic foods at a lower price.
Subscription orders are not eligible for discounts, offers, or coupon code benefits.
4. Delivery Service
The Firm ensures delivery of high-quality organic food directly to the customer’s specified location.
Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order placement.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring receipt of the order at the specified location.
5. Legal Compliance
Varahi Agri Network abides by all relevant laws and regulations governing organic food production, distribution, and sale in India.
The Firm ensures compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) guidelines for organic produce.
All payment transactions shall adhere to applicable laws, including but not limited to:
The Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act
The Reserve Bank of India’s guidelines for digital payments
Contract laws under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure timely payment as per the terms outlined in this policy.
Customers opting for subscription services must ensure the funds required for subscription orders are available and processable at the time of payment collection.
Distributors placing orders on credit are responsible for honoring the terms of the advance payment and balance payment upon delivery.
Any misuse of coupon codes, unauthorized cancellations, or chargebacks may result in order cancellation or legal recourse as deemed necessary by the Firm.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds or cancellations will be governed by the terms specified in the Firm’s Refund and Cancellation Policy, available on our website.
8. Amendments to the Payment Policy
The Firm reserves the right to amend this policy from time to time. Updated versions of the policy will be made available on the Firm’s website.
